Insurance & Customer Responsibility Policy

Customers store goods at Oden Self Storage entirely at their own risk. Oden Self Storage does not provide or sell insurance cover for stored items, including goods stored within our self storage units or mobile storage cases.

It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange suitable insurance cover for all items placed into storage. We strongly recommend that customers check whether their existing home, business or specialist storage insurance policy provides adequate cover for loss, theft or damage while goods are in storage or transit.

Oden Self Storage accepts no liability for loss of or damage to stored goods except where required by law.
